FAQ
How many planks come in a box?
A typical box holds 8–10 planks. The calculator divides your total by the box count to give you whole boxes to buy.
Should I include closet area?
Yes — measure every space you will floor, including closets, so you do not run short mid-job.
What waste is normal for flooring?
10% for straight layouts, 15%+ for diagonal or herringbone patterns where more offcuts are wasted.
